It depends on the engagement type. Managed IT is a flat monthly fee per user/device - you know the cost upfront. Projects are quoted at a fixed price before work begins. Emergency and ad-hoc support is charged per engagement at a rate agreed before we start. We don't do open-ended hourly billing.
