The frustration that drove him to start Top Tier Computing was straightforward: Perth's small and medium businesses were being badly served. Slow response times, offshore helpdesks, generic advice, and providers who only showed up when something broke. The goal was to build something different - local, proactive, and genuinely invested in each client's outcome rather than just closing tickets.
